About the position

The Digital Key Account Manager at Chervon is responsible for driving revenue and profit growth at Walmart and Sam's Club, focusing on digital and omni-channel sales. This role requires a strong sense of ownership and urgency, acting as the voice of the customer internally while collaborating with various teams to enhance brand presence and profitability. The position emphasizes analytics, forecasting, and effective communication to turn data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop account strategies for in-store and online sales and execute plans to drive growth.
  • Analyze POS, event results, and related metrics to evaluate and refine strategies and tactics.
  • Work cross-functionally with global business, brand, and digital marketing teams.
  • Achieve sales and margin objectives in collaboration with Walmart & Sam's Club.
  • Manage Walmart's and Sam's P&L in coordination with supporting functions.
  • Drive profitable growth to meet or exceed annual revenue and profit plans.
  • Negotiate programs and promotions to deliver agreed account pro formas.
  • Develop and manage promotional budgets in coordination with the global business team.
  • Create monthly and annual sales reports in accordance with key performance indicators.
  • Place new and existing products through product line reviews and launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams on product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain a robust product roadmap for the channel in partnership with brand and product management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales/account management.
  • Knowledge of .com sales management at retail is a plus.
  • Proven sales experience with omni-channel sales outlets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, financial management, and merchandising.
  • Excellent business management and developmental skills.
  • Experience with assigned retailer's systems (e.g., Retail Link) is a plus.
