Vonage is seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Content Designer to join our Sales and Support Enablement team within the Applications Group, focusing on Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of learning sciences, design principles, and educational technology. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing digital learning solutions that align with our strategic business objectives. These solutions will aim to enhance the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of our sales representatives and customer care agents across multiple regions and a broad product suite. The Digital Content Designer will be responsible for designing and developing engaging digital content across multiple platforms, using tools like Rise 360 and adhering to SCORM standards, to support Sales and Customer Care initiatives. Collaboration with stakeholders in Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, and other functional areas is essential to identify training needs and deliver business and product-focused learning solutions. The role also involves managing large-scale training projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and enhance sales capabilities. In addition to content creation, the Digital Content Designer will facilitate training as an instructor, designer, and internal consultant, providing top-notch training and support across the organization. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and gathering data to recommend enhancements that optimize learning outcomes will also be key responsibilities. The candidate will represent Sales Training to other internal departments, partners, customers, and third-party service providers, while also providing informal support and guidance to less experienced team members.
