The Digital Marketing Acquisitions team at Citi is seeking a Digital Lending Marketing Platform Manager to lead the conceptualization, development, and extension of innovative products, services, and channels within the Citi-external vendor hosted real-time credit offer platform. This platform is designed to host a diverse range of products across multiple lines of business, including cards and personal lending, and integrates various channels across owned, paid, and partner media to deliver real-time prescreened and prequalified offers to both prospects and existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and diplomacy skills, enabling them to effectively guide, influence, and convince colleagues across different departments and disciplines. Evaluating feature and functionality, combined with project management and risk management, is crucial for developing, running, and maintaining platform capabilities, including vendor oversight. This role demands an individual who thrives on cross-functional interaction with teams in analytics, operations, marketing, compliance, risk policy, and technology. In this position, the manager will support the exploration and development of marketing platform capability enhancements for both internal and external partners, focusing on real-time card and personal lending offers. The role requires delivering both strategic and tactical recommendations and deliverables, with the ability to operate at both a high level and in detail-oriented tasks, such as reviewing and enhancing product requirements documentation. The manager will be accountable for planning and managing a group of related Citi and vendor-coordinated technology projects or activities from inception through successful delivery. A strong understanding of real-time API-driven integrations and architecture is essential, as is the ability to gain a deep understanding of the business and technical requirements for the solutions being built. As a product/platform expert and strategist, the manager will need to understand the needs of Citi's channels and technology to deliver exceptional B2C and B2B2C capabilities. Effective planning, management, and monitoring of projects are critical, including providing status updates, identifying blockers/risks, and tracking initiative status. The manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, including journeys, products, channels, operations, analytics, marketing information management, legal, privacy, control, and compliance. Collaboration and consultation with peers, colleagues, and mid to senior-level managers will be necessary to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals.
