About the position

The Digital Marketing Account Manager at C-4 Analytics is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, utilizing analytics tools to assess campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The position offers flexibility through remote and hybrid work options, catering to the needs of various candidates while focusing on delivering exceptional service to clients in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and Google Ads to analyze web traffic and report on campaign performance.
  • Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns from pitch to execution and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Work with Creative and Content teams to enhance client websites and digital strategies.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers to implement strategies and follow up on tasks.
  • Create and present monthly reports on campaign performance to clients.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to update clients on progress and address any concerns.
  • Manage tasks in JIRA from creation to closure in a timely manner.
  • Travel as needed, less than 25%, for client meetings and events.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Account Management, or direct client-facing roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong presentation skills to demonstrate value to clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated time management and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Google products (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of experience building multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social, and email marketing services.
  • Google Analytics & Ads Certifications.
  • Experience using a project management tool, preferably JIRA.
  • Experience working in the automotive industry.
