About the position

The Digital Marketing Account Manager at EmoryDay is a full-time remote position focused on managing client marketing initiatives and communications. The role emphasizes performance-based advancement opportunities, allowing for growth into senior management positions. The Account Manager will work closely with clients to develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies, ensuring effective lead generation and brand recognition.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain agendas and follow-up reports for client meetings
  • Provide project management of marketing initiatives for the client
  • Create and maintain timelines and schedules of projects
  • Manage client communications over the phone and email
  • Develop comprehensive online marketing strategies for clients
  • Review, write and optimize website content to ensure both search engine visibility and favorable user experience
  • Coordinate and develop regular e-newsletter creation and distribution for clients
  • Implement a variety of forms of social media to promote brand recognition and promotions and to drive traffic to company websites
  • Track and monitor site traffic and optimize campaigns based on the best-performing strategies
  • Manage an internal team of specialists; content writers, designers/developers, and advertising specialists.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at a digital marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and sales across multiple advertising platforms
  • Expert client-facing communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Google Work Space tools (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets)
  • Understanding of website development techniques and content management systems
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn ads)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain personal computer systems
  • Self-motivated with critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
