About the position

The Digital Marketing Account Manager at Kitchen365 is responsible for overseeing and executing innovative marketing strategies tailored to the company's and its enterprise clients' needs. This role focuses on lead generation, campaign management, and building strong client relationships to enhance Kitchen365's digital presence and ensure client satisfaction. The position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive measurable results in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads for Kitchen365 and enterprise clients, focusing on SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring successful communication, campaign execution, and client satisfaction.
  • Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable results.
  • Work with internal teams and offshore partners to ensure seamless delivery of marketing campaigns, website development projects, and digital initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and adjust strategies to optimize lead generation and engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, digital tools, and best practices to enhance Kitchen365's marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including expertise in Google and Bing paid search, display advertising, social media marketing, and SEO.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and client success.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Moz, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a focus on enterprise clients.
  • A customer-focused, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
