Responsibilities

• Actively engage with digital clients, providing top-notch support and guidance throughout their marketing journey.
• Understand digital marketing as a holistic strategy and collaborate with upper management, clients, and other teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service through clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Work collaboratively with clients to develop long-term strategic roadmaps for their digital marketing initiatives, aligning on goals, milestones, and KPIs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, nurturing long-lasting partnerships built on trust and transparency.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, presenting actionable insights and performance metrics clearly and accessibly.
• Collaborate closely with clients to co-create digital marketing strategies aligned with their vision and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (equivalent professional experience may be considered).
• Customer service experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
