About the position

FatCat Strategies is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead and manage client relationships in the home improvement and remodeling sector. This role involves taking marketing strategies from concept to execution, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving performance through various digital marketing tactics. The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing campaigns, managing expectations, and coordinating with production staff to achieve client goals.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for your accounts.
  • Manage client requests and answer questions.
  • Oversee online lead generation campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Develop and present new ideas for campaign messages, timing, and tactics for clients.
  • Manage overall strategy and content calendars for clients, including planning and approval of blog posts, social media posts, emails, and PPC campaigns.
  • Project manage the completion of tasks by interfacing with design, social media, SEO, and PPC staff.
  • Interpret and communicate results and KPIs from SEO, PPC, email, and social media efforts.
  • Schedule and lead client-facing meetings.
  • Manage deadlines and budgets.
  • Review client goals and drive the development of marketing strategy to maximize performance.
  • Effectively communicate marketing results and opportunities on a regular basis to clients.
  • Manage expectations and maintain open lines of communication with clients to improve satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or client-facing roles for Senior Account Manager positions.
  • Foundational knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Experience with online digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with SEO tactics and tools, including content strategies and on-page optimization tasks.
  • Proficiency in basic business tools, including Google Suite and project/task management systems like ClickUp.
