About the position

The Digital Account Manager is a remote, full-time position focused on managing digital marketing campaigns for clients. This role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, optimizing marketing strategies through data analysis, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple accounts to achieve measurable results.
  • Collaborate with clients to set and reach marketing goals, focusing on data-driven optimization for SEO, content, and paid media.
  • Establish and track KPIs, presenting monthly progress reports through webinars or calls, with a commitment to high client retention and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve account issues alongside team members, ensuring seamless project execution across social media, SEO, paid search, and more.
  • Educate clients on digital marketing trends and best practices, helping them leverage tools and self-service options effectively.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the U.S. and eligible to work remotely.
  • Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing analytics, data analysis, and CRM, plus at least 4 years of project management experience.
  • Proven expertise as a Digital Account Manager with experience in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and CRM software.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated passion for digital marketing, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or 5+ years of equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Health & Fitness verticals is a plus but not required.
