Responsibilities

- Understand digital marketing as a holistic strategy and collaborate with upper management, clients, and other teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear and effective verbal and written communication.
- Work collaboratively with clients to develop long-term strategic roadmaps for their digital marketing initiatives, aligning on goals, milestones, and KPIs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, nurturing long-lasting partnerships built on trust and transparency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, presenting actionable insights and performance metrics clearly and accessibly.
- Collaborate closely with clients to co-create digital marketing strategies aligned with their vision and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (equivalent professional experience may be considered).
- Customer service experience.
