About the position

The Digital Marketing Account Manager at Instinct Marketing is responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns for local business clients. This role involves a variety of tasks including SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media management, aimed at generating leads and improving client marketing success. The position emphasizes collaboration within a supportive team environment, where clear communication and client satisfaction are paramount.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and execute day-to-day client tasks for digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Paid Search, Email Marketing, Reputation Management, and Social Media.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing reports covering keyword and map rankings, conversion tracking, paid advertising performance, and other relevant metrics.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and recommend upsell opportunities to the Sales department.
  • Engage with clients through email, text messages, calls, and/or meetings to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, addressing their needs and providing updates on campaign progress.
  • Craft compelling case studies for use in presentations and on the agency's website.
  • Encourage and manage client reviews to bolster the agency's online reputation.
  • Support the Sales department with various tasks, contributing to overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with team members on diverse campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Answer phones and manage messages in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Uphold a professional and friendly online reputation for the agency.

Requirements

  • Possesses a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (1+ years of experience in an agency setting is preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
  • Familiar with HighLevel CRM (preferred), Hubspot, Keap, or Salesforce.
  • Familiar with Clickup (preferred) or similar project management software (i.e. Asana, Monday, Notion, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • A collaborative team player who is energetic, positive, results-oriented, and adaptable.
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing and a drive to stay current with industry trends.
