About the position

The Digital Marketing Account Manager will oversee marketing campaigns and performance for dealership clients, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and strategic planning. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage client relationships and optimize marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales & Onboarding to transition clients to this role after implementation
  • Meet regularly with clients to review dealership performance, website performance, and marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage campaigns for dealerships internally or document and send to other partners as necessary
  • Take notes and work with support and engineering teams to optimize websites for best SEO & SEM performance
  • Contact clients for proactive support and as needed to keep them happy
  • Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep management properly informed

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Automotive Account Manager, or equivalent role
  • Knowledge of types of advertising campaigns commonly used by dealerships
  • Ability to help customers understand website performance and develop optimization strategies
  • 2+ years of Google Analytics usage
  • 2+ years of marketing work
  • Basic knowledge of business compliance and regulations
  • High level of computer fluency
