About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns across various channels including paid media, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with client branding and messaging through content management systems like WordPress.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously enhance service offerings.
  • Work with our third party vendors to contribute clear communications for our clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or account management roles.
  • Proficiency in project management and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with paid media platforms like Facebook and Google.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, lead generation, and email marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish as many of our team members and clients are native Spanish speakers.
  • 5 years of account management experience (Preferred).
