About the position

The Digital Marketing Agency Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring their digital marketing needs are met. This role involves strategizing, planning, and executing digital marketing campaigns, as well as providing expert consultation on various aspects of digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact and advocate within the agency.
  • Explain digital strategies that align with clients' goals and improve their online presence.
  • Assist in the planning and oversight of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC, while analyzing campaign performance to ensure effectiveness.
  • Actively participate in client meetings and presentations, providing updates and insights, and ensuring clear communication at all times.
  • Compile and deliver performance reports, showcasing campaign results and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns, tracking key metrics and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Set and manage clients' expectations regarding project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' needs, business objectives, and industry trends to provide strategic guidance.
  • Foster relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within clients' organizations.
  • Provide expert consultation on various aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, audience segmentation, and digital best practices.
  • Work closely with the agency's digital specialists to enhance clients' digital presence and drive effective marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM practices and digital advertising platforms.
