About the position

The Digital Marketing Account Manager at Tribute Technology is responsible for overseeing and driving digital marketing campaigns for clients. This role focuses on managing client relationships, strategizing, and executing digital marketing initiatives to meet objectives within budget and timelines. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in digital marketing and account management to create value-driven strategies that align with clients' goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored digital marketing strategies that align with their business goals, including paid search (PPC), SEO, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and KPIs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing clients with detailed insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as creative, content, and analytics to ensure cohesive execution of digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage campaign budgets, optimize spend, and forecast performance to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing technologies to offer proactive recommendations.
  • Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to clients on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
