About the position

Therapy Flow is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Agency Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects for our clients. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, manage team collaboration, and ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations. You will be the go-to person for coordinating efforts between various teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. In this position, you will manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects, including advertising campaigns, SEO initiatives, CRM Projects, and more. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Client Success, Ad Launch, Ad Management, SEO, CRM Team, Department leads, and Support to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution. As the main point of contact between Client Success and Delivery Team Members, you will provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed project plans, including timelines, task breakdowns, and milestones, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, rules, and other processes in Asana, track project performance, analyze deliverables, and ensure adherence to client goals and KPIs. Identifying and mitigating potential risks or bottlenecks in project workflows will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will monitor resource allocation and coordinate with team members to optimize performance and efficiency, manage client communications to provide transparency on project progress, and assist with post-project evaluations to improve future project performance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing projects in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, Google Ads, Landing Pages, and CRMs.
  • In-depth understanding and proficiency in project management platforms like Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage many projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and stay calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of budget management and the ability to track project costs effectively.
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for delivering results and leading teams to success.
