The Digital Marketing & AI Content Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital marketing strategies of Prime Care Medical Group, a multi-specialty medical center in NYC. This position focuses on leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation and patient engagement while leading innovative projects that integrate AI into healthcare practices. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across various platforms, particularly social media, to promote medical services and improve patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies on social media and other platforms to promote medical services in NYC.
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance content creation and boost patient engagement.
  • Lead AI projects to improve patient care, automate office functions, integrate EMR data with AI analysis tools, and analyze healthcare data.
  • Build and lead a marketing and AI team, being the first hire and creating an innovation-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, especially in healthcare or a related field.
  • Proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT and relevant AI tools for content creation.
  • Google Ads and Social Media Marketing certifications are a plus.
  • Skilled in SEO, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Ability to handle the marketing of multiple services while managing AI projects.
  • Innovative mindset to propose and implement new projects in the area of Medical AI.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Prompt Engineering in AI content creation.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data analysis and EMR systems.
