About the position

The Digital Strategy and Analytics Center of Excellence at Beacon Hill Staffing Group is dedicated to analytics, tracking, and insights delivery, with a mission to proactively anticipate and predict customer and prospect behaviors. This is achieved through data and research-driven insights that fuel strategic growth for the Digital Banking & Customer Experience division at Citizens. We are seeking a Digital Analytics Tracking & Delivery Partner who possesses extensive experience with Adobe Analytics and Experience Cloud, particularly in tag management systems such as Adobe Launch. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and validating Adobe tracking and pixel tags, ensuring that technical configurations in Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management systems are executed correctly. Your primary function will be to ensure that tags fire properly and that data flows accurately, allowing for precise reporting of desired actions and behaviors. On a day-to-day basis, you will develop tagging requirements documentation and execute the technical implementation of Adobe Analytics tagging across various Bank sites and digital assets. You will also be tasked with executing the technical implementation of pixel tags and managing their status through Collibra management and audit tools. Troubleshooting tagging and tracking issues will be a critical part of your responsibilities, requiring effective communication with relevant stakeholders via JIRA until resolution is achieved. Additionally, you will maintain updates to tagging documentation and manage technical requirements through JIRA, collaborating closely with the Digital Analytics team to provide effective tracking solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop tagging requirements documentation and execute technical implementation of Adobe Analytics tagging across Bank sites and digital assets.
  • Execute technical implementation of pixel tags on Bank sites and digital assets and manage pixel status via Collibra management and audit tool.
  • Validate and troubleshoot tagging & tracking issues as they occur, communicating status and next steps until resolution with all relevant stakeholders via JIRA.
  • Maintain tagging documentation updates and manage technical requirements via JIRA.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Analytics team to provide tracking solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics implementation required, reporting a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • 2+ years experience with Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management system in web and mobile app environments.
  • Proven track record of success with managing Adobe Analytics tagging and configuring Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management system, including strong understanding of data layers, tagging, variables, and custom metric setup.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and/or e-commerce.
