The Digital Marketing Analytics Manager at Grocery Outlet will be instrumental in shaping the company's marketing strategies through comprehensive data analysis and insights. This role is designed for a high-performing marketing analyst or data analyst who possesses a robust foundation in digital analytics and customer segmentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting a wide array of marketing, customer, and market data to inform strategic marketing decisions, drive business outcomes, and measure the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives. In this position, the Digital Marketing Analytics Manager will utilize digital analytics tools such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Branch, and AppsFlyer to gather and analyze data across multiple platforms. The role involves generating regular reports on marketing campaign performance and customer behavior, identifying trends and patterns in customer data, and developing A/B testing frameworks to optimize app features and marketing campaigns. The ability to translate complex data findings into understandable and actionable marketing strategies is crucial. Additionally, the manager will develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and return on investment (ROI). The role also encompasses media analytics, where the manager will utilize Media Mix Modeling to forecast marketing trends and consumer behavior, as well as create customer segmentation models to tailor marketing strategies to different audience segments. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and is expected to contribute significantly to the overall marketing strategy and execution at Grocery Outlet.
