About the position

As the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager at Rockfon, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with key stakeholders in the construction and specification sectors. This role is pivotal in driving the marketing strategy for Rockfon North America, where you will develop and implement integrated marketing plans that leverage both digital and traditional platforms. Your primary focus will be on reaching architects, interior designers, contractors, and distribution customers, ensuring that Rockfon's brand is elevated and that lead generation is maximized. You will work hands-on to enhance brand awareness and nurture relationships while maintaining the highest communication standards across all channels. In this dynamic and growth-focused environment, you will collaborate closely with various teams, including Product Management and Sales Enablement, to create compelling campaigns for new product launches and streamline lead management processes. Your responsibilities will also include driving website development, improving user experience, and managing content to enhance the overall digital experience. You will lead the production of high-quality content, such as videos, graphics, case studies, and literature, to support marketing and sales efforts. Additionally, you will oversee relationships with digital, creative, and PR agencies to ensure that marketing expenditures yield maximum return on investment. As a leader, you will manage a team of three marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture. You will also be responsible for managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation, and regularly reporting on key metrics to track progress and performance. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement marketing communications plans that drive brand awareness and lead generation through digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and traditional media (PR, content creation, advertising).
  • Work closely with Product Management to create compelling campaigns for new product launches, and with Sales Enablement to streamline lead management processes.
  • Drive website development, improve UX, and manage content to enhance the overall digital experience.
  • Lead the production of high-quality content, including video, graphics, case studies, and literature to support marketing and sales efforts.
  • Oversee relationships with digital, creative, and PR agencies to ensure marketing spend delivers maximum return on investment.
  • Enhance Rockfon's presence in the media and industry by strategically leveraging PR, campaigns, and partnerships with key associations.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, and regularly report on key metrics to track progress and performance.
  • Manage and develop a team of 3 marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the construction or specification sectors, with a strong focus on lead generation and demand marketing.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns, including analytics and post-campaign reporting.
  • Expertise in marketing automation (preferably Marketo) and lead nurturing.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with digital tools and platforms.
