About the position

The Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist at InJoy Health Education is responsible for leading digital marketing strategies and communication efforts to enhance brand presence and drive engagement. This full-time role involves creating and managing content across various digital platforms, overseeing email campaigns, and implementing SEO best practices to improve online visibility. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to develop marketing materials and track the effectiveness of campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Suggest, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Lead marketing content creation efforts across all digital platforms, ensuring brand voice consistency.
  • Oversee the creation, management, and automation of email campaigns, including audience segmentation.
  • Expand and manage social media strategies to build brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Manage the marketing content calendar and budget, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
  • Manage website updates, ensuring content is current and optimized for user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop digital assets.
  • Develop and refine lead-generation strategies to build and nurture a sales pipeline.
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Related digital marketing certifications (DMI/AMA, Google Skillshop, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Experience with print and related marketing channels.
  • Experience in the maternal-child health education sector or a related field.
