In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, creating and implementing integrated marketing plans that encompass SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition. You will lead video content creation and marketing, planning, producing, and editing high-quality video content for online learning platforms, promotional campaigns, and social media channels. Additionally, you will develop strategies to market video content, including creating sales funnels, subscription models, and promotional campaigns to maximize reach and revenue. You will manage online learning and content platforms, overseeing the development and maintenance of our online learning platforms to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. Continuously updating and expanding content offerings based on market needs and feedback will be essential to attract and retain subscribers. You will coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating video content with other marketing efforts such as blogs, webinars, podcasts, and downloadable resources to create cohesive and effective campaigns. Your role will also involve optimizing our digital presence and performance by employing SEO best practices to improve website and content visibility across search engines. You will manage and analyze PPC and social media advertising campaigns to ensure optimal ROI, monitoring website analytics, campaign performance, and user engagement metrics to inform strategy adjustments and improvements. Collaboration and effective communication with clients, consulting experts, and external vendors will be crucial to align marketing efforts with business objectives. You will prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in video production and editing, with experience in creating educational and promotional video content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media management, and content marketing principles.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to various audiences.
