About the position

The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist will play a vital role in enhancing the company's digital presence and community engagement. This position involves creating, managing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web content, to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Build community and engage with social media audiences.
  • Design, create, and assist in the execution of social media campaigns and targeted advertising.
  • Track key metrics such as impressions, reach, engagement rate, and conversions.
  • Analyze follower growth trends to identify which content drives new followers.
  • Monitor audience demographics and strategize content tailored for specific regions and age groups.
  • Measure click-through rates (CTR) from social ads to websites or landing pages.
  • Compare organic vs. paid post performance to optimize budget allocation.
  • Evaluate social sentiment analysis to understand audience reactions and feedback.
  • Support the Marketing Director and Content Creator in planning, managing, and executing the content calendar.
  • Develop creative content including copywriting, SEO-driven articles, case studies, blogs, captions, and infographics.
  • Spearhead thought leadership content initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external partners to develop collaborative content campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to enhance content visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Create and optimize content for product pages, blog posts, case studies, and page descriptions.
  • Implement A/B testing for content layouts and calls-to-action (CTAs) on landing pages to maximize conversions.
  • Analyze user behavior to refine content strategy based on metrics such as bounce rates, session duration, and navigation paths.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure web content aligns with marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Develop sales opportunities through research and LinkedIn.
  • Build relationships with marketing professionals throughout the dealer network.
  • Assist in managing and building the company database.
  • Create and manage lead generation initiatives, driving sales growth.
  • Develop targeted email content tailored to specific audience segments to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, and email designs to optimize open rates and click-through rates.
  • Analyze email campaign performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates.
  • Create automated email workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Ensure email content is mobile-friendly and optimized for various devices.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and informative newsletters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Writing, Digital Content Marketing, or a related field.
  • Highly skilled in content creation using the Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM, and email campaigns.
  • Proficient in navigating social media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Sound knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts, and best practices.
  • Strong project management and performance measurement skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to compile and analyze performance data to develop metrics that support decision-making for resource allocation and subsequent campaigns.
  • Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills.
