About the position

The Digital Marketing and Design Specialist role at Brightland Homes, LTD. is a temporary position focused on creating visually compelling designs that enhance user experience and maintain brand consistency. The specialist will collaborate closely with the marketing team to design digital assets for various marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and digital advertising, utilizing tools like Adobe Creative Suite and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging digital assets, including email templates, landing pages, and marketing campaigns, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Create responsive and visually appealing email templates in HubSpot that align with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for email and digital marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in design across all platforms and marketing materials, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
• Work with the content team to enhance visual storytelling through infographics, icons, and other graphical elements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with HubSpot (Email, Landing Pages, Campaigns, and Templates).
• Previous marketing experience in a Real Estate and/or homebuilding organization is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or digital environment.
• Experience in creating assets for digital advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
