About the position

The Digital Marketing and Graphic Designer will be instrumental in shaping Soudal USA's digital presence. This role involves managing social media platforms and collaborating with various teams to execute digital strategies effectively. The position requires creativity in content creation and design, ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing digital content, artwork, and design for the website and social media platforms.
• Producing content including photography, lighting, and editing in line with brand guidelines.
• Creating engaging content for marketing materials, including copywriting, videos, product photos, and social media posts.
• Monitoring and analyzing website traffic and performance metrics using Google Analytics or other software.
• Developing advertising materials, including print ads, brochures, and digital assets.
• Ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone of voice to strengthen brand recognition.
• Monitoring social media platforms and marketing campaigns to optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
• Initiating and recommending collaborations with digital influencers and product placement opportunities.

Requirements

• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Office, and other design software and tools.
• Photography skills are required.
• Knowledge of Brandwatch, Hootsuite, or other media management programs.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design.
• Creative, innovative, and attentive to details.
• Agile worker able to meet tight deadlines.
