About the position

PerkinElmer is seeking a Digital Marketing and Lead Development Manager to enhance their marketing team. This role is crucial for driving demand generation, managing lead flow, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive experience with HubSpot and lead management to ensure high-quality lead generation and collaboration with the Lead Development Representative (LDR) team, ultimately driving sales pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of global best practices for Lead Development Representatives (LDRs), establishing clear goals, KPIs, and analytic dashboards.
  • Develop a strategic global plan for LDRs in collaboration with commercial leaders to ensure consistent processes and KPI alignment.
  • Manage PerkinElmer's marketing automation platform to align its capabilities with business objectives, enhancing customer engagement and optimizing ROI.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the lead development team to achieve targets, conducting regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Continuously assess and improve lead generation processes, implementing tools and technologies to streamline activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align on lead qualification criteria and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, preparing reports on activities and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing automation strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain and optimize the marketing database for data accuracy and integrity, utilizing HubSpot for enhanced contact insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of marketing or sales experience, with 5+ years working with digital tools like MAPs or CRMs, preferably HubSpot and SFDC.
  • Strong project management skills with an adaptive and flexible attitude.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful lead generating campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of online sales/marketing tools and best practices.
  • Strong team management and communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge and experience in the science or services market and/or analytical technologies is preferred.
  • HubSpot certification and understanding of ABM technologies.

Benefits
