About the position

The Digital Marketing and Lead Management Specialist at Kroh Exploration is responsible for developing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, managing the CRM system, and collaborating with various teams to enhance lead generation efforts. This full-time position emphasizes a balance between technological innovation and environmental responsibility, aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms to generate leads.
  • Manage CRM (Salesforce) and ensure effective lead tracking and reporting.
  • Propose and implement strategies for marketing automation and lead nurturing.
  • Use AI-powered tools to track campaign performance and generate reports with insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales, content, and development teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new tools in digital marketing and lead management.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Pardot, and other marketing automation tools.
  • Strong data tracking, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in SEO, paid ads, and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with WordPress is a plus but not required.
  • Punctual attendance required.
