About the position

The Digital Marketing and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the marketing operations and technology platforms that support the business's marketing strategy. This role involves managing digital marketing programs, campaign planning, and performance measurement activities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of marketing technologies and digital advertising compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business teams to align marketing operations with overall business goals.
  • Set up and maintain a multichannel editorial calendar.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing technologies, web design, analytics tools, ad buying programs, and lead management requirements.
  • Work with the brand manager, creative team, internal partners, and production agencies on updates for Credosemi.com, the Credo investor site, and the company intranet.
  • Collaborate with IT on the integration of marketing technologies with other business systems.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track marketing communications performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct data analysis to report on marketing strategies for upper management and the board.
  • Support the planning of marketing campaigns and coordinate with teammates to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet objectives.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in marketing operations processes and workflows; develop and implement strategies for process improvement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver monthly analytics reports.
  • Work with the IR team on IR website updates.
  • Work with the IT team on the evolution of the Credo Intranet.
  • Partner with the Sr. Brand Manager to brainstorm and develop visually compelling experiences that resonate with a broad target audience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role.
  • Proficiency with marketing technologies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Digital ad buying experience preferred.
  • Good presentation skills.
