About the position

The Digital Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at AbsoluteCARE is responsible for developing and managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at generating leads and enhancing the company's online presence. This role involves acting as a media liaison, preparing presentations, coordinating events, and implementing crisis management strategies to protect the company's reputation. The specialist will also conduct public opinion research and analyze PR campaign effectiveness to inform communication strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy.
  • Create visual concepts for promotional activities.
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar.
  • Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of social media content.
  • Track digital marketing performance.
  • Create and update digital marketing reports.
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget.
  • Create PR plans and strategies.
  • Improve the quality of the company's voice via different online and offline channels.
  • Serve as a first contact person for all media queries.
  • Prepare presentations for media briefings and other meetings.
  • Organize and oversee company events such as fairs, open days, seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Provide effective crisis management solutions in times of need.
  • Conduct research and analyze public opinion.
  • Build and maintain targeted media lists and nurture relationships with key reporters.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and communicate insights to management.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders including public affairs offices, consumer organizations, and professional societies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Experience with digital marketing automation software.
  • Knowledge of web publishing.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
