About the position

The Digital Marketing and Web Development Specialist will play a dual role in our organization, focusing on web development and supporting digital marketing campaigns. This position is client-facing, providing guidance to franchisees and addressing web or marketing issues while offering strategic recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot websites for both corporate and franchise locations, ensuring high performance and user experience across all devices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, etc.) for franchisees and the corporate brand.
• Act as the main point of contact for franchise owners and other clients, providing guidance on web-related issues, marketing campaigns, and technical inquiries.
• Offer strategic insights on website improvements, digital marketing optimizations, and best practices to drive traffic, improve conversions, and enhance user engagement.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align web development efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
• Monitor and report on website performance and digital campaign results, using data to make recommendations for future improvements.
• Assist in optimizing websites for SEO, ensuring that they are structured for search engine visibility and usability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in web development, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
• Familiarity with paid digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram ads.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to communicate technical and marketing concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they integrate into website development and content creation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
