Responsibilities

• Lead and execute social content development and implementation processes.
• Develop and implement social strategies across national campaigns and promotions.
• Create and design social-first content for Panda's social channels.
• Manage social production and post-production, including shooting and editing content.
• Fulfill copywriting needs for organic and paid content across social media platforms.
• Leverage knowledge to create timely and relevant content for the target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop social strategies and content.
• Optimize social content publishing and manage the social content calendar.
• Work with the social community manager to identify brand-building opportunities.
• Monitor social media KPIs and report insights to improve strategies.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and benchmark against competitors.
• Keep pace with social trends to identify engagement opportunities.
• Assist in collaborations with influencers and guide social amplification strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field required.
• Minimum five years of social media campaign experience and agency management.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
