About the position

The Digital Marketing Business Development / Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities for LMG Staffing Solutions. This remote position focuses on prospecting, networking, and lead generation, while also providing administrative support to the sales team. The role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential clients in the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, Networking, and Lead Generation (80%)
• Generate leads via outreach (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and attending networking events)
• Coordinate and schedule prospective client meetings from outreach involving the Sales Team
• Communicate ongoing contact, activities, and updates through Sales Report meetings with Sales Team
• Meet company quarterly and annual sales goals for this role
• Research Industry Market Trends and create Top Prospects List
• Contact other agencies and potential partners to join our Mutual Referral Program
• Stay current on changes and best practices in Digital Marketing and Web Development
• Display a thorough understanding of assigned target industries and company competitive advantages
• Administrative Sales Support (20%)
• Respond to inbound contact forms when requested and engage in initial communication with prospects to qualify opportunities for the sales team
• Provide the CEO and Sales Team with administrative support as needed
• Support managing business development processes
• Provide documentation on new client acquisitions to the Client Services team and Management
