About The Position

The Campaign Manager at Cox Media will be responsible for optimizing and analyzing digital media campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure client success. This role involves providing campaign analysis, feedback, and recommendations to internal teams and clients, while also staying informed about digital creative trends and data analysis to enhance advertising spend for high-touch clients. The position requires a hybrid work schedule, combining both office and remote work.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED with 4 years of experience in a related field such as Marketing, Sales, or Sales Operations.
  • 4 years proven experience in Digital Ad Operations or a similar data analytics role.
  • Experience with platforms such as GA4, Google Analytics, Meta, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent data analytics, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to reason, troubleshoot, and problem solve.

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS degree in related discipline such as Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 2 or more years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • 2 or more years of experience as a media buyer or planner.
  • GA4 certification.
  • Experience working at an advertising agency.

Responsibilities

  • Execute monitoring and analysis of digital campaign performance data to create actionable insights and strategies.
  • Utilize third-party platforms and internal data tools to tell compelling stories regarding campaign performance.
  • Partner with Technical Ad Operations Specialists for deep insights on GA4 analysis.
  • Develop customized dashboards and reporting for high spend/high potential clients.
  • Support ad hoc reporting needs of key stakeholders.
  • Apply advanced problem-solving skills to campaign issues and analytics.
  • Work closely with the planning team to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Cox Media's digital media portfolio and vendor partnerships.
  • Review data, reporting, and dashboards for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with partners and internal teams for timely fixes and improvements.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to improve offerings.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to streamline processes.
