About the position

The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager at Momento USA is responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This remote position involves collaboration with the Business Manager, Sales team, and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Business Manager to create a detailed timeline for each campaign.
• Estimate the resources needed for campaigns and how they will be delivered.
• Collect the details needed for campaigns and suggest standard solutions.
• Use tools like Mural to visualize campaign flows and checklists.
• Break down the return on investment (ROI) for campaigns to assess effectiveness.
• Suggest improvements based on campaign results.
• Create engaging content in collaboration with CRM partners and Marketing Operations.
• Develop new features in SFMC to support marketing efforts.
• Build customer journeys in SFMC.
• Create and manage forms in SFMC UAT for approval.
• Prepare data loads and ensure accuracy with Marketing Ops.
• Create segments in the Data Cloud to target audiences effectively.
• Test campaigns end-to-end in UAT and obtain sign-off from Marketing Ops.
• Launch journeys and forms in SFMC PROD.
• Help create training videos for the sales team using Allego.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and incoming leads.
• Merge leads and contacts in the CRM for clean data management.
• Generate reports in SFMC to track campaign success.
• Work with BM, Sales, and Marketing Ops to evaluate results and plan future campaigns.
• Create JIRA stories with proper definition of done.
• Join SCRUM ceremonies and work with Agile teams.
• Prioritize development work in JIRA framework.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM - Salescloud
