About the position

The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager at Ultimate Autographs is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance branding, sales, and profitability. This role involves creating engaging content, managing email and SMS marketing campaigns, and optimizing digital advertising efforts to attract and retain customers. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive innovative marketing initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Owns, oversees and executes email and SMS marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Plans and implements email and SMS campaigns, managing subscriber databases and flows.
• Creates engaging content and analyzes campaign performance.
• Runs social media advertising (Facebook) and search engine advertising (Google) campaigns.
• Involved in the creative production of online ads, videos, and other graphics.
• Uses analytics to drive future campaigns, optimize advertising spend, and improve conversion rates.
• Manages the corporate website and SEO, including updates and editing.
• Focuses on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and increasing organic search engine rankings.
• Builds a team of influencer and affiliate partners for the brand.
• Coordinates with the marketing team for maximum impact on influencer campaigns.
• Provides reporting and data analysis with actionable insights tied to business goals.

Requirements

• Knowledge of eCommerce and marketing technologies such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Lifetimely, Yotpo, and Google Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in managing projects within digital marketing environments.
• Experience as an individual contributor and leading local and/or virtual teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Expertise in acting as an influencer across multiple social media channels.
• Knowledge of professional sports, teams, and athletes.
