About the position

We are a small digital marketing agency specializing in managing and enhancing the online presence of companies in various construction and service sectors. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account & Campaign Coordinator to oversee and manage campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and overseeing the ongoing campaigns. This role requires a proactive individual who can plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring that our clients achieve their marketing goals effectively. In this position, you will be tasked with increasing client visibility and engagement on different platforms. You will track campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness. Continual testing and refining of strategies will be essential to ensure that we are achieving the best return on investment (ROI) for our clients. You will manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients will be a key aspect of your role. You will coordinate and oversee the delivery of marketing services, regularly updating clients on campaign progress, performance, and necessary adjustments. Collaboration with the design team will be crucial to create visually appealing graphics for online campaigns. Additionally, you will utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and results.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience with Local Marketing in the construction and service sectors.
  • Familiarity with advertising techniques and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • AI savvy, need to be curious and want to try new tools.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Draw insightful conclusions, and apply learnings to future similar cases.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Local listings and lead generations such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, Houzz, Thumbtack, Nextdoor etc.
  • Familiarity with PPC, SEM best practices and tools.
  • Experience with Google, Meta, TikTok, Nextdoor ads.
  • Experience in graphic design for digital marketing purposes.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Keen eye for aesthetics in graphics, image selection, and organizational design.
