About the position

The SEO Specialist Account Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and success within the digital marketing landscape, specifically for clients in the plastic surgery and medical spa industries. This position involves being the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining their accounts, and proactively addressing their needs to foster growth and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze clients' performance metrics, providing regular performance reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction, address any concerns, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing strategists, designers, and analysts, to ensure the successful execution of clients' requests.
  • Proactively communicate with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their projects, website performance, and any relevant updates or recommendations.
  • Serve as a proactive communicator, thinking two steps ahead and anticipating clients' needs, providing guidance and strategic recommendations.
  • Document all client interactions, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records of communications, agreements, and action items.

Requirements

  • Very detail oriented, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and the ability to articulate a website's performance metrics utilizing Google Analytics (GA4) & Search Console (GSC).
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles is required.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service and a commitment to client success.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Google Ad Words
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles
  • Familiarity with email automations
  • Understanding of all aspects of digital marketing
