About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis is responsible for managing the hotel's brand social channels to enhance engagement and drive revenue. This role supports the Director of Marketing and Director of Public Relations & Communications in executing digital marketing strategies, social media management, content development, and online reputation management, while measuring success through analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage the hotel's social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
  • Curate engaging content that showcases the brand's DNA while increasing audience size and engagement.
  • Plan and execute photo and video shoots in collaboration with other departments to develop engaging content.
  • Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across platforms.
  • Utilize programs like Sprout, Social Native, and Tracker for social media management and integration of User Generated Content.
  • Execute effective community management of all social media platforms, monitoring comments and responding timely.
  • Ensure social media content performs well in Brand Clarity audits and monthly marketing scorecards.
  • Manage the hotel's online presence on Four Seasons owned channels and partner sites, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on online reputation using tools like Revinate and Google, leading community responses.
  • Support digital marketing tactics including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Lead social media advertising campaigns and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Attend relevant meetings for coordination and strategy alignment.
  • Manage the hotel profile on the Four Seasons image library and execute necessary release forms.
  • Collaborate on marketing partnerships and hotel activations to enhance guest experience and engagement.
  • Organize influencer and media experiences, itineraries, and events on-property.
  • Assist with PR events and activations, both on and off property.
  • Create internal/external promotional materials and maintain media/influencer databases.
  • Track coverage and report on KPIs.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of previous digital marketing/social media experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury industry.
  • Experience with social media platforms and consumer engagement.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Photography and video skills with an eye for aesthetics.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in influencer relations.
  • Knowledge of Canva and photo/video editing and production.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the hospitality or luxury industry.
  • Familiarity with graphic arts and collateral.
