About the position

The Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for creating, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring all digital marketing and external communications for WYH and its sister agency, Equinox. This role involves content development, social media management, website maintenance, and supporting fundraising initiatives. The Specialist will work closely with various team members to fulfill agency-wide marketing needs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement digital marketing strategies for WYH and Equinox.
• Manage social media accounts, including content development and analytics reporting.
• Update and maintain the agencies' websites.
• Assist with digital fundraising campaigns as needed.
• Produce and upload videos for various platforms.
• Create and distribute podcasts.
• Coordinate digital media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Respond to agency emails and manage patient appointment requests and reviews.
• Support the Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist with newsletters and other marketing materials.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.

Requirements

• Associates' Degree required.
• Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in communications and/or marketing.
• Knowledge of Canva for graphic design.
• Experience with website software or cloud-based sites.
• Experience in social media content development and maintenance.
• Familiarity with analytic and reputation management platforms.
• Proficiency in video creation and production using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with digital media platforms like YouTube and podcasts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
