About the position

The SEIU-UHW Web Communications Specialist is responsible for planning and executing digital strategies and advertising across various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. This role aims to enhance user experience for members and supporters by collaborating with various teams to ensure effective communication and engagement. The position is hybrid, requiring both remote work and on-site presence as needed.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational and marketing objectives into clear and engaging website designs.
• Analyze website data using Google Analytics to inform digital content and strategy.
• Create seamless pipelines between websites and Pardot for lead generation and user engagement.
• Implement and evolve social media strategies based on trends and insights.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and schedule various types of emails using Pardot, including segmentation and automation.
• Collaborate with communicators to develop cohesive email strategies and user experiences.
• Create landing pages and forms using HTML, CSS, and Pardot.
• Qualify leads and prioritize them for field and digital organizers.
• Ensure database cleanliness and sync with Pardot by working with the Data Team.

Requirements

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and PHP.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with Pardot is a plus.
• Experience in deploying and optimizing campaigns across various ad manager platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Premiere is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Salesforce Pardot's tracking and automation tools.
