Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist

About the position

The Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist at State Electric Supply Co. is responsible for leading the management of social media platforms, internal and external communications, content creation, and overall marketing functions. This role collaborates with the Marketing & Ecommerce team to enhance customer experience and drive marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Communications internally/externally to State Electric employees & customers about events, marketing programs, initiatives, and other necessary happenings
• Social Media and Google management; support, creative content creation, organization, distribution, analytics, boosting, and advertising
• Creative Content creation in multiple formats. Graphical, Print, Digital, Written
• CRM management and customer lead assignment
• Customer experience and digital campaign flow management (The customer journey)
• Assists with daily operation of the marketing group, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Potentially staffing trade shows and promotional events as necessary
• Develops, maintains, and distributes reports and dashboards that effectively present digital marketing metrics
• Creates, analyzes, and reports on all digital and pay-per-click advertising
• Collaborates with marketing team to execute creative, paid media, and social media tactics based on the overall strategy.
