• Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Create, execute, and analyze text and email marketing campaigns.
• Attend photoshoots and video shoots for behind-the-scenes content.
• Engage on social media by responding to comments and connecting with influencers.
• Stay updated on creative trends and generate ideas for content.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that supports marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a content creator, content strategist, or similar role.
• Vast knowledge of existing and emerging social platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Experience managing social media for an organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content.
• Experience using analytics tools to monitor content performance.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
