About the position

The Digital Marketing Content Strategy Manager at Carrier is responsible for leading the development and management of content strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the digital presence of the company's product portfolio. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless user experience across platforms, while also overseeing content frameworks, governance, and performance audits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content frameworks that align with business goals.
  • Lead the development of overarching content strategies for multiple channels.
  • Partner with Business Units to define and execute product content strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and management of taxonomies and metadata for content discoverability.
  • Develop a consistent messaging framework that reflects product value propositions.
  • Collaborate with UX and design teams to optimize user experience through content.
  • Conduct regular content performance audits to refine strategies based on insights.
  • Oversee the content lifecycle from strategy to publication, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure adherence to governance policies and brand consistency across digital platforms.
  • Develop and enforce content guidelines and best practices for content creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital content strategy.
  • 5+ years of experience with digital project management.
  • 5+ years of experience in a matrixed, cross-functional team environment.
