About the position

The Digital Marketing Content Strategy Manager will lead the development and management of content strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the digital presence of Carrier's product portfolio. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless user experience across platforms, while overseeing the entire content lifecycle from strategy to publication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content frameworks that align with broader business goals.
  • Lead the development of overarching content strategies for multiple channels.
  • Partner with Business Units and digital SMEs to define product-specific content strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and management of taxonomies, tagging strategies, and metadata.
  • Develop and manage a consistent messaging framework that reflects product value propositions and brand voice.
  • Collaborate with UX, design, and development teams to optimize user experience through content.
  • Conduct regular audits of content performance to identify gaps and optimize strategies.
  • Oversee the entire content lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
  • Ensure adherence to governance policies, brand consistency, and legal compliance in content optimization.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, UX, and design teams to align content with business objectives.
  • Develop and enforce content guidelines and best practices for content creation and distribution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital content strategy.
  • 5+ years of experience with digital project management.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional team environment.
