About the position

The Digital Marketing and Content Strategy Specialist at InfoSight will be instrumental in enhancing the company's digital presence and customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies and compelling content creation. This role focuses on developing data-driven digital marketing initiatives tailored for cybersecurity and risk management audiences, ensuring that the content produced is both informative and aligned with industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels that align with business goals and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistent messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to adjust campaigns and improve performance continuously.
  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, case studies, webinars, and email newsletters.
  • Optimize content for SEO, brand awareness, lead generation, and customer education on cybersecurity topics.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and regulatory changes to keep content relevant.
  • Manage and grow InfoSight's social media presence, creating and curating content that drives engagement.
  • Develop campaigns to foster community interaction and grow brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform strategies and recommend changes.
  • Ensure the website is optimized for SEO and user experience.
  • Conduct keyword research and use analytics to drive content decisions and improve search rankings.
  • Track and report on web traffic metrics, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators, including campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Use insights from analytics tools to inform strategy and recommend optimizations for future campaigns.
  • Develop and present monthly and quarterly reports to demonstrate progress against marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, content strategy, or a similar role, within the cybersecurity or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Experience with HTML website editing.
  • Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools, such as SEMrush and HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex cybersecurity topics into accessible content.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proactive approach and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the cybersecurity or risk management industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce systems and MailChimp platforms.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GLBA, HIPAA, NERC, PCI-DSS).
  • Knowledge of NIST CSF.
