About the position

The Digital Content Success Lead at Sanofi plays a crucial role in shaping and executing digital content initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance stakeholder engagement. This position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance and responsiveness to audience needs, while also managing content performance and optimizing workflows across digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end content updates and ongoing content maintenance across digital channels (web, email, social).
  • Embrace agile practices to scale and accelerate new operating models for content delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance workflows, and introduce efficient ways of working.
  • Explore and integrate emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions to expedite time-to-market and boost content effectiveness.
  • Understand professional and patient behaviors, tailoring marketing efforts to drive engagement and relevance.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to extend reach and impact across diverse populations and channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in web management, including CMS operations, digital asset management, and cross-channel content distribution.
  • Proven experience navigating the MLR process, including submission preparation and compliance review.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience using data analytics platforms to measure content performance.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Veeva or similar MLR management systems is highly preferred.
