About the position

La Mer Luxe is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer to manage a variety of marketing needs for their women's resortwear brand. This role involves creating compelling digital and print graphics, managing social media accounts, and coordinating email communications. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, contributing to the brand's identity and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Interpret written or spoken ideas into compelling digital and print graphics.
• Post, monitor, and create marketing and social media campaigns.
• Maintain social media accounts and respond to comments and DMs.
• Update website content and manage email communications.
• Create and manage marketing calendars and email lists.
• Design and manage social ad campaigns and marketing materials.
• Research and monitor competitor activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2-5 years of marketing or graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with social media management and email platforms (Mailchimp).
• Basic-to-intermediate level video creation and editing skills.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the fashion industry.
