About the position

Crazy Shirts' mission is to create original and memorable artwork on quality products that take customers on the endless vacation in everyday life. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the online presence, engagement, and sales for our company. This multifaceted role involves managing various aspects of digital marketing, including website content, quality assurance (QA), merchandising, and planning, executing, and analyzing email and SMS campaigns. The primary focus will be on driving sales through customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies. In this position, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining website content to ensure it is current, relevant, and aligned with the brand strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the website for user experience and conversion, setting up and testing various discounts, and performing daily audits of processes to ensure all integrations are running as needed. Regular QA checks will be conducted to ensure the website functions smoothly and offers a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers. You will implement merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively and maximize sales opportunities, collaborating with the marketing and product teams to create compelling online product displays and promotions. Additionally, you will develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, segmenting the audience and personalizing content for targeted communication. Analyzing campaign performance, optimizing for engagement and conversion, and reporting on key metrics will be essential to your role. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing and enhancing email content for optimal engagement, translating design mockups into clean HTML code for email campaigns, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will load refined emails into the Email Service Provider (ESP) platform for seamless distribution, confirming all elements are properly integrated. Testing and optimizing click-through rates, evaluating user experience, and creating custom landing pages will be part of your daily tasks. Finally, you will monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing effectiveness.

  • Schedule the final launch of the email campaign to designated audience segments.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation to drive overall sales growth.
  • Utilize analytics tools to gather insights into customer behavior and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years hands-on digital marketing experience, managing small-medium performance driven campaigns either agency or client side.
  • 2-4 years' experience in online marketing, email experience and SMS mobile marketing
  • Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
  • Expert with Excel experience with pivot-table and statistical techniques
  • Expert PowerPoint required
  • Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics
  • Strong communicator and presenter
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Able to hit deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, listening, speaking and writing communication skills
