About the position

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's brand presence and driving sales by increasing website traffic and generating qualified inbound leads. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in digital marketing who are eager to expand their skills within a growing SaaS company that provides software for managing high-stakes exams. The coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content creation, and social media management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, website content, email marketing, and social media.
  • Manage the LinkedIn company page and grow the network to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Improve messaging on website marketing pages to highlight functionality and benefits.
  • Manage and expand the company blog to increase traffic and engagement.
  • Enhance the backlink profile by ensuring presence on relevant sites like Capterra and G2.
  • Send promotional emails to an opt-in list of over 10,000 subscribers and improve email automation.
  • Coordinate press releases and assist in getting articles published in major publications like Forbes and Medium.
  • Manage the company podcast and coordinate instructional videos for YouTube.
  • Organize webinars and edit videos for posting on YouTube and podcast channels.
  • Assist the sales team in converting leads and track leads in the CRM.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on marketing and sales performance, including ROI and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategy and management of digital marketing.
  • Experience with social media management for B2B/B2Gov SaaS.
  • Strong creativity and innovation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
  • Strong project management and managerial skills.
  • Desire to grow personal brand on LinkedIn.
  • Experience using WordPress for content management.
  • Familiarity with CRM and email management software, such as Zoho or Hubspot.
