About the position

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator for Performance Media at Levi Strauss & Co., you will play a crucial role in supporting the direct response strategy for Levi.com, the app, and physical stores. This position is part of a highly talented team dedicated to developing innovative digital marketing strategies that resonate with our brand values and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will encompass campaign execution, reporting, and project management across various performance marketing channels. In this role, you will execute campaign strategies that include launching new campaigns, conducting keyword research, expanding audience reach, briefing creative teams, and managing campaign flighting. You will also be responsible for ongoing reporting and quality assurance to ensure that all programs meet high standards and exceed business KPIs. Maintaining a paid media calendar for Levi.com will be essential, as it outlines campaigns and placements that support seasonal stories, product launches, and promotional events. Collaboration will be key in this position, as you will work closely with the Creative and Brand teams to ensure that Levi's marketing assets are effectively brought to life and reflect our brand values. You will report on channel performance weekly and monthly, focusing on driving traffic and revenue growth while maintaining a steady return on investment. Your primary focus will be on Google as the main marketing channel, with a secondary emphasis on Social and Affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on campaign strategy including new campaign launches, keyword research, audience expansion, creative briefing, and flighting.
  • Ongoing reporting and QA responsibilities to ensure the program is up to standards and surpassing business KPIs.
  • Maintain paid media calendar for Levi.com, outlining campaigns and placements to support seasonal stories, product stories, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to ensure that Levi's marketing assets come to life and reflect brand values.
  • Report on channel performance on a weekly and monthly cadence, ensuring traffic and revenue growth while maintaining steady return.
  • Support the primary marketing channel, Google, with a secondary focus on Social and Affiliate marketing.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience/internship in digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Omniture.
  • Project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable working experience.
